I hand-paint these portraits in acrylic paints on chunky canvases, the 1.5" depth gives it a gallery presence. You get to direct me on the background; skies and simple landscapes tend to look best, but we can do whatever you want and make it work. We can also add elements like flowers, butterflies, hearts— you will receive an email after checkout requesting photos of your pet. This email will also have all the info on how to request any customization you want, and optional progress updates. I typically give the pet a bow-tie, it's just my style, but it’s optional and customizable too. I love painting details. The most important detail to me is getting the unique facial expression of your pet perfect, so you can look at it and go, "Yup, that's my weird little guy." And love it.
