Conformance Standard and Status

I am continuously working on improving the user experience for everyone, and applying the relevant accessibility standards to my website. Currently, my website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that while I strive for full accessibility, some parts of the content may not yet fully conform to the strictest standards. Color Contrast

I have conducted contrast audits to ensure that all text and key graphical elements meet or exceed the WCAG 2.1 Level AA ratio of 4.5:1.

Text Alternatives

I am committed to providing descriptive Alternative Text (Alt Tags) for all meaningful images, charts, and buttons to ensure users of screen readers can understand the visual content.

Keyboard Access

I am committed to making sure my entire website, including navigation, search, and the checkout process, can be operated and navigated using only a keyboard (without a mouse), with clear visual focus indicators.

Semantic Structures

I use semantic HTML to provide clear, logical page structure, ensuring that content is properly organized by headings (H1, H2, etc.) for easy navigation via screen readers.

Legibility and Performance

I use native system fonts throughout the majority of my website. This ensures text is rendered clearly, loads instantly without layout shifts, and is familiar to users on their specific device (Windows, macOS, iOS, or Android).

I aim to respond to all Accessibility feedback within 2 business days, or as soon as possible, and will work immediately to provide a solution or an accessible alternative. I want everyone to be able to use my website without barriers.

Known Limitations and Remediation

1. Some older product images and decorative background images are being updated to include accurate and descriptive alt text. This is an ongoing process.

2. Embedded third-party apps or widgets (e.g., review forms, pop-ups, Shopify apps) may not be fully navigable by keyboard alone. I do not control the code of these third party apps and as such am not liable for any of their limitations.
