1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using my website and purchasing products from Calli's Cove ("the Company," "my"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use my website.

3. Products and Orders

  • Product Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. I reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time for any reason.

  • Accuracy of Information: I attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing my products. However, I do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content on the site are 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

  • Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify my final acceptance of your order. I reserve the right at any time after the receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

4. Returns and Refunds

My policies regarding returns and refunds are governed by my separate Returns and Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. I only accept returns and refunds for damaged or defective goods when filed within 48 hours of the items arrival, and issue refunds for cancellations only within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Prohibited Conduct in Reviews: You agree NOT to post any User Content that:

    • Is obscene, pornographic, or offensive.

  • No Compensation: You understand and agree that you will not be compensated for any User Content you submit.

My total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to me for the products purchased.

These Terms and your use of the site will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America, without resort to its conflict of law provisions.
